Mr. Buitron, a San Antonio native, practices primarily in the areas of, divorce, probate, and estate planning. He has significant trial experience and works relentlessly to obtain the best results possible for his clients.
Education: Mr. Buitron completed his undergraduate education at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, followed by a Master's degree in Public Administration and later a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. Experience: Prior to entering private practice, he spent many years as a professor, teaching Business Law and Political Science at the University of Texas at San Antonio, Wayland Baptist University and Cayuga Community College in Fulton, New York. Affiliations: Mr. Buitron is an active member of both the Texas and New York State Bar Associations. In addition to state courts, he is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts in Texas and New York, the US Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. Sela Garcia
Associate Ms. Sela Anise Garcia grew up in San Antonio, Texas. She attended Texas Christian University where she
graduated with a Bachelor of Art Degree in English with a minor in psychology. She was the head of marketing for TCU’s Autism Speaks chapter and volunteered with Kinder Frogs, TCU’s early childhood education program serving children with disabilities. She also had poetry published with the English department’s online journal and studied abroad in London through the department’s “Reading as a Writer” Program. During her time at TCU, Sela was active in her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha. After graduating, Sela went on to complete her Doctor of Jurisprudence at Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at The University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. There, she was involved in varying student organizations. She worked with the Memphis’ Street Law program, where she taught criminal justice courses at inner city high schools every week. She also worked as a track leader for Memphis’ Alternative Spring Break Program, helping veterans in the area with their VA benefits, leading to a nomination for the school’s Rodney K. Smith Pro Bono Service Award. She also served as a member of the Moot Court Board. During her third year, her and her partner placed second in the Robert F.
